Stock donations
St. Stephen has established a brokerage account with TD Ameritrade. Thus, we have the capability to receive and liquidate gifted stock shares. This is an easy way to make a direct donation to the Church without the donor having to pay capital gains tax on highly appreciated securities held more then one year, as well as receiving a charitable deduction.
